"Rhythm of the Ocean" is hand-built from stoneware clay. Colors are created by brushing mica infused terra sigillata on the surface. The piece was then raku fired and thin layers of acrylic were added post reduction. The intention is to evoke a sense of respect and wonder for coral reefs.
