Artists who are interested in displaying their work at Wailoa Center will need to schedule an appointment with the Director and submit an "Exhibit proposal form" for both the Main and Fountain Gallery. Come prepared with the completed proposal form and all supporting documents to your appointment.

The Fountain Gallery is usually reserved for individual artists and is subject to all the terms and conditions of the Main Gallery, which follow.
A Main Gallery proposal must include a clear idea/theme of what you want the exhibit to be. The Main Gallery is reserved for group exhibits with a minimum of five individuals.
There is no cost to reserve the exhibition space at Wailoa. However, exhibiting groups will be responsible for any cost connected to installation, advertising, and opening reception expenses. Exhibiting artists will also be asked to gallery-sit the exhibit during the month to augment service by Wailoa volunteers. Gallery-sitting offers a great opportunity for the artists to interact with the public and educate visitors about their art.
Typically, Wailoa Center is booked two years in advance. Proposals are reviewed throughout the year. Qualifying individuals/groups will be notified as soon as openings are available.
